There is a structured path. In the first four weeks, you work through mindset, time reclamation, offer design, and client attraction systems. From month two onward, you implement scalable operations, team systems, and leadership structures. Quarterly goal-setting workshops reset your targets every 90 days. Your client success coach tracks your progress using the business growth plan. The collaboration calls are where you bring real challenges and get real solutions. You're not left to figure out what to do next.

Plan for four to six hours per week. That includes attending one or both of the two weekly collaboration calls (two hours each), plus implementation time between calls.
